As a Special Education Advocate and Consultant, I work with families who have children with special needs to ensure that your child receives the most appropriate educational services and opportunities by working as a positive, collaborative partner with the school.
I work with parents to understand parental rights as well as the Special Education process, whether your child is already receiving Special Education services or you would like to have your child tested for eligibility to receive services.
I also work with school staff on serving my clients as well as providing various training for school Special Education staff.
Services that I provide are Consultation, Document Review, School/IEP Meetings, Visual Aids and Resources, Family and School Staff Training, and Tutoring. Detailed information about each of these services can be found in the “Services” section.
